Do you travel for events?
Yes! I cover events across Perth and am happy to travel a little further if needed. Travel fees may apply.
What kinds of events do you photograph?
From film festivals and community events, to private celebrations, corporate functions, and service showcases — I specialise in capturing authentic, in-the-moment photography that reflects the energy and atmosphere of your event/service.
What is Service Showcase Photography?
Service showcases sit in-between event photography and branding photography. This type of photography is for local businesses, healers, creatives and anyone else in the mix that would like to showcase their services in real-time with customers or participants. For example, a breathwork practitioner showcasing a community session where I attend to photograph the service and everything that unfolds. As a form of content creation, the photographs produced are great for websites and social media to promote what you do and who you are.
Do you pose people or is it candid?
Mostly candid! I focus on natural, storytelling-style images that capture the vibe and connections of the day. For key moments (like group shots), I’ll guide people so everything feels easy and natural.
How many photos will I receive?
This depends on the length and scale of your event. For bigger events with lots of movement and action, you could expect to receive between 50-100+ images per hour. For more intimate events with less people and movement, you could expect to receive between 25-75+ per hour. It really does depend on the scope of the event. I’ll always aim to give you a diverse collection that tells the full story — from wide shots of the atmosphere to the little details and candid moments.
When will I receive my images?
Your full gallery will be ready within 10 business days. If you need a small selection sooner (for socials), just let me know and I can provide a handful of highlights within 48 hours.
Can I use the images for promotion?
Absolutely! Your gallery is yours to use for marketing, social media, websites, and promotional materials. If it’s a community or public event, I’ll also ask for permission to share highlights on my own platforms to celebrate the event.
Do you require a shot list?
Not always, but it helps! If there are key people, details, or moments you’d love captured, share a list with me before the day. I’ll combine those must-haves with my candid storytelling approach to ensure nothing is missed.

I’ll arrive a little early to get a feel for the space, check the light, and be ready to capture the buzz as things kick off. This way, the story starts right from the beginning.
02 — Blending In
Think of me as a guest with a camera — I’ll weave through the crowd, catching all the natural, in-between moments without interrupting the flow. My goal is to tell the story as it naturally unfolds.
03 — The Highlights
From speeches and performances to group hugs and cheers — I’ll be ready for the big moments, making sure nothing important slips by. If you’ve shared a shot list, I’ll make sure those important details and people are covered.
04 — The Vibe
Events are all about energy! I’ll capture the atmosphere, the little details, and the candid interactions that bring your event to life.
05 — Wrap Up
Once the event winds down, I’ll make sure we’ve covered everything on your list. You’ll walk away knowing the story of your event has been captured from start to finish.
